Staple system structures are proven to provide fabric with a drum-tight finish, and works with both fabric and substrates.

Walls

We offer both fabric and rigid substrates with many options to fit your customers' tastes.

FABRIC

Sunbrella Fabric

Restaurants with beautiful dining enclosures will attract more customers. It is important to fabricate the walls properly.

Sunbrella® by Glen Raven fabric is a top pick in the industry for its wide range of colors and sizes: 46", 60" and 80", solid, striped and patterned.

In addition to its resistivity to UV fading, water, soil and mildew, Sunbrella fabric doesn't stretch or shrink. It has a long lifespan and is made from a soft breathable acrylic that is sturdy.

It can be painted on to advertise your customer's business.

SUBSTRATES

Dura-Bond Aluminum Composite

Dura-bond Digital features a specially formulated coating that accepts UV paint for better print results. It is available in a variety of custom colors and sizes.

Dura-Cast Acrylic

Acrylic is a lightweight high gloss substrate with optical clarity. It is resistant to most chemicals and has great stability to outdoor exposure. Dura-Cast acrylic comes in 10 colors and multiple thicknesses.

Dura-Foam PVC Sheet

Dura-Foam is a lightweight closed-cell, free foam, rigid PVC sheet. It has a matte finish that is tough and versatile for outdoor use. It is the perfect substrate for screen printing, painting, laminating, vinyl lettering and forming.

Dura-Foam will suit any project with 12 vibrant colors plus black and white. A variety of thicknesses and sizes will fit most needs. It is easy to cut, bend and form.

Roof

The right roof will protect your customer's property, and provide comfort and shelter for diners.

Aluminum Step Down

Aluminum stepdown is what you'll find in traditional awnings. It is a coated aluminum sheeting that will reflect lighting into a space.

Aluminum is a low maintenance choice for year round use, and it is environmentally friendly. It never rusts and can withstand the elements indefinitely.

Available in many colors and a few sizes.

Polycarbonate

Polycarbonate will last a long time and it is designed to allow rainfall to clear the top of the canopy. It is extremely rigid and virtually maintenance free.

Available in solid and textured finishes, both colored and clear.

Structures That Last

Dining structures can have fabric or rigid substrates- Dura-Bond Aluminum, Dura-Cast Acrylic, or Dura-Foam PVC Sheets for walls, while the roof can be aluminum step down or polycarbonate.

Ultimately, the goal is to build a structure that will withstand elements and last a long time.

How you go about building these structures is up to you, but can be the difference between a returning customer... and one who doesn't.
