Aluminum Sheets
For non-standard aluminum signs like octagons, triangles, and circles, we sell aluminum sheets in different sizes, thicknesses, and colors. Aluminum is perfect for outdoor signs as it is strong and lightweight, extremely durable, and won't rust. Cut unique shapes and custom sizes.
Styrene
Used for exterior and interior applications, styrene is a thin, flexible plastic material ideal for long-term signs. An economical alternative to aluminum, Styrene is waterproof and UV resistant and can last for many years. It can be printed on with UV inks and cut with a CNC router. Maximum size: 48"x96".
Dura-Bond Aluminum Composite
Dura-Bond is an aluminum composite panel with a polyethylene core bonded between two aluminum sheets. Digital Dura-bond in white has a specially formulated surface coating that is corrosion, weather, and UV resistant and formulated for printing. In addition to original Dura-bond, S&F offers Dura-bond Eco, Dura-bond Lite, Dura-bond Digital and Dura-bond Exterior.
KomaTex® Free-Foam PVC Sheets
Weatherproof and weather resistant, Komatex is especially suitable for outdoor applications. Komatex is a high quality PVC sheet that can be printed on both sides. Not only does it have excellent print qualities, it is also easy to fabricate with ordinary plastic hand tools. Komatex is strong, lightweight, environmentally friendly and 100% recyclable.
A-frames & Banner Stands
For quick-change announcements in a constantly moving school environment, a-frames are a great option.
Plasticade Signicade
A-frames have so many uses for outdoor advertising. Signicade A-frames can be used for school lunch announcements, directions to pickup, or announcing game times.
The classic Signicade comes in 36" x 24" and 4 colors: blue, orange, yellow, and white. A recessed sign area protects the sign face, and accepts graphics sized 24"W x 36"H. The sign face can receive vinyl sheeting (with surface preparation), metal, Coroplast™, or acrylic sign blanks.

Signs for the plastic a-frame inserts can be made with a few substrate materials.
Coro-flex is a corrugated plastic sheet suitable for indoor and outdoor sign displays. It provides lightweight durability in many colors and sizes and is cost-effective. It is also washable and reusable for signs intended for long term use.
Aluminum is a strong durable signage material that doesn't rust. It can be cut for sign panels and comes in a variety of sheet thicknesses. We have many colors available to fit any brand.
Acrylic is a light weight substrate resistant to a wide range of chemical products. It has high optical clarity, high gloss and stability to outdoor exposure. It makes beautiful outdoor signs and can be used with some a-frames.
Foamboard is a lightweight structural panel with a rigid polystyrene foam core and a smooth, moisture resistant outer surface of solid polystyrene. Foamboard has an excellent surface for painting, silk screening, photo mounting and vinyl lay up. It is an ideal choice for outdoor signage.
