Increase efficiency and expand production capabilities with HP Latex Optimized printing.

HP Latex inks do not air dry- they must be dried and cured in the printer. Now, HP Latex Optimizers dry ink faster while reducing temperatures and energy requirements.

Expand your capabilities beyond vinyls and banners to films, papers, textiles, canvas, wall paper, and more.

How it Works

HP Optimizers is a printhead that goes ahead of the other printheads and lays down a mostly invisible film onto the material.

The optimizer is positively charged while the ink is negatively charged, making the ink attracted to the optimizer.

The optimizer fixes the ink to a set point on the material, preventing it from bleeding or migrating.

Increase Efficiency

Reach production speeds and avoid wait time with prints that come out completely dry and ready for finishing. Unlike solvent technology, there is no need to degas so you can save 24-48 hours before lamination.

The optimizer replaces the evaporative process and the heater used in older models. The evaporation and activation of the latex is now happening in the curing zone.

This means that there is no need to remove water from the ink, use less ink, or slow down the printing time to prevent ink bleeding.

The optimizer adds liquidity to the ink and fixes it to the material so it doesn’t move around.

Ready to Use

HP Latex optimizers provide perfect even tone color, edge to edge and end to end at higher speeds.

Prints are completely dried and cured in the printer and are ready to use for same-day delivery.
