Construction
The wood-pulp based rigid board is 100% recyclable, unlike many fluted plastic sign boards. The board is constructed with a liner that is all natural paper with no chemicals. You'll get best printing results with the bright 96 white point paper with a matte finish.
This board features a strong solid core that doesn't warp or curl and resists temperature changes. Because it is not made with multiple ply and has no grain direction, it is lighter and stronger than composite materials like styrene, foamboard and coroplast.
The glue is made from food grade starch, but ingesting it is not recommended.
Printable on both sides, this satin matte board is designed for digital printing and approved for use with many printers including HP. Printing techniques include UV Digital, Offset, Screen, and Eco-Solvent.

Fabrication
For cutting, best results are achieved using a static knife, oscillating knife or die cutting. To score KATZ Display Board with a half-cut, set the blade to cut 0.5mm from the bottom of the board. Specific settings may vary for each machine and thickness.

Hanging
Use hangers or cables to hang signs from ceilings. Make sure the cables are straight vertically or slanted outwards. Never slant them inwards or it will cause the board to curl.
