1 Shot Fluorescent paint is a semi-transparent oil based flat paint with sparkling color clarity for interior or short-term exterior use. It is the preferred choice by painters and sign makers for use on paper, board, wood, metal and certain plastics. Instructions: allow at least 1 hour for top drying. Oxidative curing for 1-2 days is recommended, When spraying, allow 5 minutes drying time between passes and 1 hour setup time between coats.
